How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, school events, corporate appreciation days, and peak event season. If your event is within 72 hours, please call 773-392-1300.

Do you offer both food truck and indoor catering?

Yes. We can cater from the Beavers food truck, our coffee + donut cart, or a table-side donut station depending on your venue, guest count, and setup needs.

Can you cater indoor events?

Yes. Our coffee + donut cart and table-side station are great for offices, lobbies, venues, schools, private spaces, and events where a full food truck cannot be used.

What areas do you serve?

We serve Chicago and the surrounding Chicagoland area, including northwest Indiana, southwest Michigan, and southern Wisconsin. Send us your event location and we’ll confirm availability.

What do guests receive?

Depending on your package, guests can enjoy fresh mini donuts, gourmet toppings, hot coffee, iced coffee, espresso drinks, hot chocolate, lemonade, iced tea, and other beverage options.

Do you need power or special setup space?

Setup needs depend on whether we are using the food truck, cart, or table-side station. Once we know your venue and guest count, we’ll confirm power, parking, access, and service details.
